
李睿兵,男,山东滨州人,1995年12月出生。2024年毕业于哈尔滨工程大学,获得工学博士学位。现为304永利集团副教授。目前主要在非线性系统控制、自主水面艇以及智能算法等方面从事研究工作。在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems等期刊发表学术论文15余篇,授权/受理发明专利4项。受邀担任Automatica、IEEE TAC、IEEE TC等多个国际权威期刊及国际会议的同行评议专家。主持黑龙江省自然科学基金青年项目1项,黑龙江省省属高等学校基本科研业务费1项,哈尔滨工程大学博士创新基金项目1项。曾任中国自动化学会哈尔滨工程大学第一届员工分会候任主席,2026EAMS会议组织委员会副主席。现为IEEE会员,中国人工智能学会智能自适应协同优化控制专业委员会委员,中国指挥与控制学会具身智能专业委员会委员,黑龙江省工业与应用数学学会理事。————————————————————————————————————————————
